Visualizing song lyrics with Graphviz
I decided to play with Graphviz this Thanksgiving weekend and cooked up lyrical graphs of some of my favorite songs. The above image is for The Beatles - A Day in the Life. You can view the rest in my Flickr set.
I am interested in comparing some of these alternative song diagrams to more radio/poppy ones. I might even try looking at all the tracks of an album too. Note, I am leaving all the analysis to your interpretation. After all, music is an art. I am merely curious if it is possible to visualize a potential "hit?"
